This rolling processing technology cannot achieve grinding processing while meeting the requirements of finishing and strengthening.
The principle of the honing tube pressing process is to use the cold plastic properties of the metal at room temperature, and use a rolling tool to apply a certain pressure on the workpiece to make the metal surface plastic flow, thereby reducing the surface roughness of the workpiece. Due to the plastic deformation of the pressed surface metal, the surface structure is cold hardened and refined to form a dense fiber shape, which improves the hardness and strength of the metal, and improves the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and coordination of the surface.
